Heritage Park Condominiums of Independence, MO are located at 4021 South Crysler Avenue between 40 Highway and 39th Street.
The HPC property has 11 condominium complexes housing 96 units. Each unit includes parking of one carport or separate garage (depending on the unit). There is open parking for additional vehicles and guests. Our property is posted as private with no soliciting or trespassing.
Amenities include our Clubhouse and HPC Pool. Unit owners reserve and rent our Clubhouse for a nominal fee to host their special occasions: parties, meetings and family gatherings. The main interior area has a fireplace, tables & chairs, couches, complete kitchen and enter the building length deck through French doors to overlook the Pool. The HPC Pool and hot tub are enjoyed by Unit Owners and their Guests and opens from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Condominium units are privately owned and rentals are not allowed – deed owners or trust beneficiaries are required to live in their property. The HPC Association By-laws are published on this public-facing site under menu item “About” and potential buyers are encouraged to read through them to better understand the Owner legal responsibilities and obligations.
Our shared ownership Common Property is managed by an elected Executive Board of volunteer unit owners. Monthly assessments pay for water, trash collection, lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, pool maintenance, common areas insurance and repair and regular maintenance of Association owned common assets.
